Touchdown Tuesday

We are getting so close to the greatest part of the year, Football Season. My OSU Buckeyes are looking to defend a National Title and my New York Jets, well let’s just say I’m hoping for better than last year, as usual. Today there has been a lot of football news, getting me excited for the upcoming season.

All Aboard the Trainwreck

Well today started out as a gross, rainy, summer day. Bummer because I wanted to go to the beach, but I got to see a great movie, Trainwreck, starring Amy Schumer, Bill Hader, and had a lot of cameos from famous athletes like Lebron James. Now let me preface this by saying that the greatest performance by an athlete in a movie will always be MJ in Space Jam in my eyes, but Lebron did a good job. My sports knowledge paid off as well, I was one of the few females in the audience who knew the sports references and ended up having to explain them to the person I was with. That’s typical. 

Love of the Game

Even though only one is in season right now, today I’m going to talk about my other big obsession: sports! I love sports, I owe it to my brother (who is a sports jeopardy champion) because without him, I wouldn’t be half the sports fanatic I am today.
